Northampton and Lamport Railway
The NLR is a steam and diesel heritage railway, just north of Northampton, run entirely by volunteers. The ultimate aim is to extend north, as far as Lamport.
Operating a selection of steam and heritage diesel passenger services alongside a section of the Brampton Valley Way near Northampton. Open for train rides from spring to autumn, with special events and site access throughout the year.

Check their website for details. The site runs parallel with the Brampton Valley Way, which means you can walk or cycle alongside it all year round.
Admission
