‘Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards 2024/25’ winners have joined forces to create a very special menu for you to sample at Fawsley Hall on Friday 15 November, in celebration of their recent success.

For just £95 per ticket, you will enjoy a very special 4-course meal created by ‘Chef of the Year’ Joe Gould (pictured above with Anna, Georgina and Pip of award-winning Jeyes’s of Earls Barton), served with highly acclaimed wines from local vineyard, Fleur Fields. The price also includes an arrival drink and canapés.

Pan Fried Loch Duart Salmon with Jeyes’s Spiced Puy Lentils, Apple and Vanilla Puree and Coriander and Fennel Salad

Braised Beef Featherblade with Jeyes’s BBQ Glaze, Truffle and Mascarpone Pomme Puree, King Oyster Mushroom, Swede and Turmeric Puree and Merlot Sauce

Throughout the evening there will be fascinating talks by Georgina, Pip and Anna Jeyes on The Sources of the Sauces: The Story of Northamptonshire Brothers, John and Philadelphus Jeyes and by Bill Hulme with his Sparkling Introduction to Fleur Fields Wine.

There will also be a raffle to raise funds for the Children’s Ward at Northampton General Hospital with prizes including an overnight B&B stay at Fawsley Hall, a luxury Jeyes’s Northamptonshire Hamper and a special selection of Fleur Fields wine.
