Andrea Pettingale

Andrea is a chartered librarian (MCLIP) who was part of the team responsible for information, local history, family history and community engagement in Northamptonshire Libraries and Information Service. She currently works for Northamptonshire Registration Service delivering marriage ceremonies and administration.

In addition, Andrea delivers workshop programmes and talks on genealogy and local history, and undertakes commissioned genealogical research. She is passionate about national and local history and loves visiting heritage buildings.

Andrea is actively involved as a committee member of Kettering Civic Society and Northamptonshire Family History Society, and is a former committee member of the Northamptonshire Association for Local History.
