The countdown is on for A History of Northamptonshire in 100 Objects exhibition, and Northampton Museum and Art Gallery has already selected 99 incredible items — from dinosaurs to F1 racing cars — and recruited a group of amazing guest curators.

But now they need YOU to decide the 100th object!

They are searching for a contemporary object that tells a fascinating story about life in Northamptonshire in the 21st century. Whether it’s a local treasure, a modern invention, or a piece of pop culture, your nomination could help shape the way Northamptonshire’s story is told.

Here’s how you can nominate your 100th object:

Deadline for nominations is 20 January 2025, so get your thinking caps on and help Northampton Museum and Art Gallery make history!

An expert panel will shortlist the top nominations, and the public will vote for the winning object. The chosen item will be unveiled at the exhibition’s grand opening in September 2025.

We can come up with great ideas, superb design and copy, and exceptional photography for anything from websites to email campaigns, branding to brochures – and everything in between.

And the beauty of Spot On Creative is that we’re big in creativity, experience and knowledge, but small in overheads and invoices. So we’re a much more sensible and affordable option for you than a larger advertising agency or marketing company.
